Stitch Bubbles

Aaron discovered the Stitch that blows bubbles. He took it upon himself to give Stitch some bubbles he could blow. He filled his bucket up with hand soap and he makes some pretty sweet bubbles. Aaron is thrilled with this find.

Congrats Spike!!

Spike rocks!! She completed her first full Ironman!! That's a 2.4 mile swim, followed by 112 mile bike ride and finished off with a marathon (26.2 mile) run. Even just doing one of those events is a lot, let alone all 3 in a row!! Way to go Spike!!! We are so happy for you!! Congratulations!!

We watched the end of the race online and saw her cross the finish line. What a feat!!! Yea Spike!!

Madison

After leaving Milwaukee, we drove to Madison to see Josh and his family. While everyone was still at work / camp / activities, we went to the Madison Children's Museum, where Kyle, Emily & I spent a lot of time during the summer that we lived there. Aaron finally got to experience it on the outside now (rather than in my belly as he was that summer).

Grandma Sondra and Judy

Before leaving the Milwaukee area, we stopped in at Grandma Sondra & Auntie Judy's house to spend some time. We had a fun morning with them having breakfast, playing with Olivia and catching up.

Grandma's house

We also spent some time up in Cedarburg with Grandma.

To make the trip "educational" for school purposes and for some fun, we went to the Wade House, a historical settlement in Wisconsin near Grandma's house. It was a fun side trip to see life as it was over 100 years ago.

We also went to this crazy amazing playground in town.

Chicago family reunion

We started our trip in Palatine with the reunion. We had a great time staying with Tommy & Colleen and their crew. All of my siblings and their families came out as well for the reunion. Mom also came down from Wisconsin for the big party. It was a great weekend with family.

Addie & Trevor wanted to come to Costco with me so I got to be the fun aunt with them because the samples were awesome!! Ice cream at Trader Joes, sausage and juice at Costco. They were some great helpers!
We got to all go swimming together. Kyle, Emily & Aaron all went off the diving board at the pool into the 12 feet!!!
And the big party!! All of my siblings and their families came for a fun family reunion.
