Eggs Italia a la Kyle

Kyle made Eggs Italia with Jeff on Monday morning. What a treat it was for all of us, but I think especially for Kyle to be the cook with Daddy! These are delicious eggs - tomatos, goat cheese, pesto and bread. Recipe is from Cafe 222 in San Diego and we now make it quite often.

Stirring the eggs over the stove, but making sure to keep his other hand behind his back!
