Happy Hanukkah! We celebrated a bit late this year so that we could all be together for Hanukkah. On our final night, we had our friends over to celebrate with us. We had a big, fun, crowded dinner of pork (kosher of course!) brisket, salad and beet latkes to round out the holiday.
