Aaron made me breakfast in bed. So thoughtful of him. Sweet heart! 

Mother's Day preschool style

Aaron's preschool class put on a sweet Mother's Day performance for all the moms in the class. They made muffins to share with us as a snack afterwards. They also made us little flower pots that they created out of clay and painted themselves. It was very sweet.

Protectors of the Jedi

While Aaron was napping, his Star Wars dudes stood guard to protect him. Both The Force and the Dark Side came together in a moment of truce to protect this young Jedi Knight of the Future. 

Hug

Aaron has such a sweet heart. He comes up to me, looks at me, and very sweetly says "hug" and gives a sweet, wonderful Aaron hug. He did this with both Jeff and myself at lunch the other day. Love his heart. 

Taking the kids to school

Aaron is so cute when we drop the kids off at school. He truly loves Kyle & Emily. Most days I walk them in to school. Some days we are running late so we have to do a drop off. It's super sweet when they are getting out of the car and have to get past Aaron. He wants to give them love and hugs too to start their school day off right. 

Snugly Aaron

Emily was feeling tired after school so she laid down on the couch. Aaron noticed Em looking all comfy and needing some snuggles so he went after Em.

The Sweetest Thing

Perhaps one of the cutest moments lately with Kyle & Emily:  Emily reading a book to Kyle with him sitting in her lap!

Last week, Kyle says to me, "Mommy, you are a sweet girl! Can I sing you a song?" It was so sweet! He then proceeded to sing me the Hanukkah song, ABCs and I'm a Little Teapot. He's so sweet!

And he is so sweet with Emily. Just a few of what he has said to her:
"Hi punkin pie!"
"Emily, you are a sweet girl!"
"Hi princess!"

And Emily is very sweet with Kyle. She love Kyle and knows she can count on him to help her. Aunt Stephanie gave her a box of jewelry, but Emily hasn't mastered opening it yet so she always goes to Kyle to get the box opened. One day recently they were playing with Grandma Beth's jewelry and Kyle was getting tired. Emily turns to him and says, "you tired punkin pie?" So very sweet!!
